Son of Monster Jam Hall of Famer Dennis Anderson, Ryan Anderson has been the primary driver of Son-uva Digger since the truck debuted at the 2011 Monster Jam World Finals. Since then, he has gone on to have a storied Monster Jam career. In 2023, he tied his father Dennis Anderson with four World Finals championships.

Spending time with my son Race and doing fun things with him that include motorsports and riding ATVs. - Who are your role models?
My dad, Dennis Anderson. - Do you have any ‘pre-show’ rituals you run through?
No real rituals but to do tend to get very tired just before a show. I think it’s more my body saving energy for the beating it’s about to take. - What is your favorite memory on or off the racetrack?
My debut run in Son-uva Digger at Monster Jam World Finals in 2011. - What is your most prized possession?
My house.

- What is the best and worst thing about being on the road every weekend with Monster Jam?
Best thing is traveling with friends and being able to see the world! The worst is being away from my son. - While on the road, what is your favorite thing to do during your free time?
I like to go see the sights and I love trying to find cool things that you wouldn’t normally see. - What item(s) can you not live without while traveling on the road with Monster Jam?
A rental car to be able to get around to all of the places we go. - What is your favorite city to travel to? Why?
Orlando. I have a bunch of friends in the area!

Being able to make a whole stadium full of people stand up and yell after I put in a crazy freestyle run! - How would you describe your driving style?
Technically out of control. - What advice would you give to kids who want to become a Monster Jam driver?
Ride ATVs, dirt bikes, or anything else you can get your hands on to become a good driver. - What is your greatest memory as a Monster Jam driver?
